Help our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:*** Act as a content expert in relation to his/her area of expertise with clients and his/her unit;* Advise and support his clients in the development, implementation, implementation and follow-up of the various mandates carried out;* Functionally supervise, as appropriate, the work of professionals in the context of projects or operational mandates;* Ensure the efficient use of practices, procedures, methodologies and tools while aiming to achieve the unit's objectives;* Collaborate in the development of policies, standards, templates and programs in support of the unit's projects and mandates;* Ensure a monitoring role in order to understand and anticipate trends in his/her field of expertise and make appropriate recommendations to ensure the development of best practices for the company.**The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Ten (10) years or more of IT experience, including a minimum of five (5) years in a similar role;* Have already carried out architectural mandates in the context of projects;* Experience in office infrastructure operation;* Have expertise in transversal architecture of technological solutions (environments/Tools/software, operations and components);* Demonstrate advanced knowledge of CITRIX, Windows Infrastructure, AD, Azur AD, GPO, Office 365 Ecosystem, MacOS, iOS;* Possess advanced knowledge of Security, Telecom;* Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages (VBS, PowerShell, SQL);* Intermediate knowledge of packaging technologies;* Intermediate knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) management software;* Possess knowledge of Project Management.
