Hiring: Senior Financial Analyst | 12-Month Contract
We are currently working with a leading financial institution to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity based in Downtown Toronto.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.
📍 Location: Downtown Toronto
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week, with flexibility to work remotely on remaining days
Key Responsibilities:
• Month-end financial reporting and analysis
• Account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Supporting ERP implementation and finance transformation projects
• Working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes and reporting
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of month-end reporting experience
• Strong Excel skills and advanced financial analysis capabilities
• Prior experience within financial services — banking, insurance, asset management, or related industries
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• CPA designation (completed or in progress) is considered a strong asset
