About Hillsboro Corporation
Hillsboro Corporation is a growing craft beverage manufacturer producing kombucha, dealcoholized beer, and artisan sodas. We operate a certified food safe facility and are committed to the highest standards of quality and hygiene across everything we produce. We're a small, passionate team that takes quality seriously — and we're looking for a hands-on Production Brewer to help us deliver exceptional beverages from tank to package.
The Role
This is a core production role at the heart of what we do. You'll take ownership of our kombucha brewing process, execute the finishing and rehydration of our dealcoholized beer (produced in partnership with a craft brewery), and support soda manufacturing — all while maintaining the high quality and food safety standards our customers expect.
If you have a background in brewing or fermentation and love working in a clean, craft environment, this could be a great fit.
