Executive Chef (Red Seal) – Seniors Living Care Home Location: Lethbridge, Alberta Salary: $34 to 36 per hour + comprehensive benefits Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Work-life balance guaranteed! Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Chef who is passionate about creating memorable, nutritious, and delicious dining experiences for seniors in our warm, welcoming care home community. Your Role as Executive Chef: Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will: Lead all culinary operations, ensuring residents enjoy meals that not only meet nutritional needs but also delight the senses. Develop innovative, resident-focused menus that celebrate fresh, local ingredients with a fine dining flair. Manage kitchen staff with inspiring leadership and foster a collaborative, respectful work environment. Oversee budgets, inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and mentor your team to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Why Join Us?
