What You’ll DoEngage with clients via email, inbound calls, and online inquiries
Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care
Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals
Bring World Class Service and attitude to our team and clients everyday
Customer service experience (Retail, Office, Hospitality), preferred
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty (OTL)
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused
Be part of a supportive and high-performing team of 9, with experience ranging from 2 to 22+ years
Work with an Agent who has been leading a top-ranked office since 2007
Our agency offers all lines of insurance and financial services, and we’re licensed to serve all of Ontario

Compensation & Earning Potential
$50,000 base salary plus monthly team bonus + annual bonus
