Job description
Step into the role of Documents & Records Officer at Skilled Trades Ontario, located in Mississauga, ON. This full-time position is focused on managing member records and ensuring data integrity.

You will oversee the establishment and maintenance of electronic documentation while creating templates for various services. In your role, compliance with privacy policies is critical, as you’ll track documents and resolve issues with print production efficiently. Data analysis and reporting are also essential functions that contribute to the department's success.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage electronic records to ensure accuracy • Create production document templates for departmental needs • Ensure adherence to privacy policies in records management • Track documents and ensure quality control processes • Analyze and report on data to identify trends
