Job Description As a Store Manager, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Orientation and training provided on the job
Communication skills: written, verbal, and telephone
Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly
Make correct monetary change
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Working Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks
In-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
Fumes from food odors
Exposure to cornmeal dust
Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Sensing
Talking and hearing on telephone
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
Depth perception
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
Temperaments
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Standing – most tasks are performed from a standing position
Walking – for short distances and durations
Sitting – paperwork in an office at a desk or table
Lifting – bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more, unloaded by hand truck, cases up to 50 pounds
Carrying – large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough
Pushing – move trays on dollies, force up to 7.5 pounds
Climbing – infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance
Stooping/Bending – forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, repeated continuously
Crouching/Squatting – occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
Reaching – up, down, forward, above 72 inches for controls and shelves
Hand Tasks – continuous use of hands, forearms, wrists, pinching, grasping
Machines, Tools, Equipment – utilize pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and peel
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customer door
Deliver flyers and door hangers
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery
Essential Skills
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Physical Demands
Carrying – within deliveries, carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing
Driving – deliver pizzas within designated delivery area, may make several deliveries per shift
Walking – travel between the store, vehicle and customer locations
Climbing – navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery
