Responsabilitésspécifiques
Concevoir et réaliser des études de marché et de clientèles (quantitatives et qualitatives) afin de générer des insights actionnables et soutenir la prise de décision.
Collecter, croiser et exploiter des données provenant de sources variées pour valider des hypothèses, dégager des tendances et identifier des opportunités.
Produire des recommandations claires et structurées, en transformant des informations complexes en livrables à valeur ajoutée pour les parties prenantes.
Diffuser et valoriser la voix du client et du marché, en vulgarisant les résultats d’analyse à travers des communications et présentations adaptées aux différents publics.
Réaliser des dossiers d’analyse complexes portant sur des enjeux stratégiques variés (expérience client, performance marketing, évolution des marchés, etc.).
Exercer unrôle‑conseilauprès des équipes et partenaires en matière de recherche marketing, d’utilisation des données et d’interprétation des insights.
Qualificationsspécifiques
Détenir un baccalauréatou maîtriseen marketing ou autre domaine pertinent;
Avoir un minimum de cinqannées d'expériencepertinente;
Disposer d'une forte capacité d'analyse et d'interprétation des résultats;
Avoir de la facilitéà vulgariser et àcommuniquer verbalement des recherches et des idées à différents types d’audiences, et ce, de manière succincte et inspirante;
Faire preuve d'un esprit de synthèseaiguisé;
Être une personne orientée client;
Connaître l’outil de voix du clientQualtricsun atout ;
Connaître les outils de traitement statistique comme SPSS ou R (Atout) ;
Connaître l’industrie de l’assurance, un atout;
Maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ainsi qu’une maitrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
