Bannister Automotive Group is looking for a Service Booking Specialist to join our centralized Service Booking team, supporting dealership service departments across British Columbia and Alberta.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to meet you.
No automotive experience or post-secondary education? No problem.
We'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

• Starting wage of $21/hour plus performance incentives
• With performance incentives, many members of our team earn between $55,000 and $65,000 annually

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our centralized Service Booking team, you'll help customers across multiple dealerships by:
• Booking and adjusting service appointments
• Answering inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Following up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and service
• Coordinating with dealership service departments to provide a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining accurate customer information and appointment details
• Using multiple computer systems throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
