Job description
Join Manchester Community College as a Facilities Services Assistant on the third shift, focusing on custodial and maintenance duties. This full-time position includes a $1.05 shift differential per hour. This role requires two years of experience in custodial, grounds-keeping, or light maintenance work. You will perform daily cleaning, operate maintenance equipment, and assist with general building repairs. Additionally, effective supervision and coordination of staff duties are crucial in this position to ensure a clean and safe environment on campus. Key Responsibilities: • Execute daily cleaning of offices, labs, and classrooms • Operate and maintain building service equipment • Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs • Assist in grounds maintenance, including snow removal • Provide security and oversee building safety during shifts Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Two years of relevant experience • Valid New Hampshire driver's license • Flexibility in work scheduling • Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety protocols Utilize your maintenance skills to ensure a secure and orderly environment at Manchester Community College. #J-18808-Ljbffr
