Job description
Elevate resident health as a Nutrition Care Partner at Sienna across Canada. Collaborate with nutrition and dietary teams to promote effective nutrition care services and improve quality of life. This role reports to the Director of Culinary & Environmental Services at Sienna in Ontario. As a Nutrition Care Partner, you will oversee clinical nutritional services while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will help develop evidence-based nutrition programs that enhance resident outcomes and safety throughout Long Term Care Division. Key Responsibilities: • Establish dietary standards with Clinical Care Partners and Executive Chef • Conduct operational reviews and monitor community compliance • Collaborate on professional practice initiatives with Informatics Team • Participate in strategic planning and provide clinical expertise • Assist in recruitment and orientation of nutrition staff Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or related field • Registered Dietitian in Ontario with relevant membership • 5 years’ experience in long-term care or related field • Strong knowledge of menu planning in a care environment • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders Empower quality nutrition care and dietary services at Sienna for better resident experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
