Salary range: 128,300 – 156,800 CAD per year for a 35‑hour week. Bonus annual target, based on base salary, with potential to reach up to double the target based on individual performance and company results. Including flexible work arrangements, hybrid work formula, option to purchase up to five additional vacation days per year, wellness benefits such as virtual health care, wellness expense account, and more.
