Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting an organized and detail-oriented Bilingual (French & English) Accounting Administrator on behalf of our client in Moncton, NB. This is a full-time term opportunity covering a one-year maternity leave and offers the chance to join a respected and innovative organization with over 100 years of industry experience across North America.The successful candidate will support the Maritime Accounting Department and play a key role in financial reporting, project administration, and accounting operations within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities• Construction job and contract setups in JDE and invoicing
• Update, maintain, and report on project budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and submit journal entries to support monthly close processes
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting packages
• Support financial system audits with independent audit firms
• Liaise with controllers, accountants, managers, and internal teams
• Assist with quarterly and year-end inventory counts
• Process cash receipts for accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to accounting operations as required

Qualifications & Requirements• Completion of a college program or courses in accounting or finance
• Experience in an accounting or related administrative role considered an asset
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience with JDE or construction accounting systems considered an asset
• Experience using Oracle software is required
• Reliable transportation is required, as the work location is not accessible by public transit

• Location is not on a public transit route; reliable transportation is required

Schedule & Wages• Full-time opportunity
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• One-year term maternity leave coverage
• Location: Moncton, NB
• Wage: $24 to $26 per hour plus 4% vacation pay, depending on experience
