Job description
Enhance your career as a Fund Development Officer specializing in Direct Response with Oxfam Canada. This full-time role is integral to maximizing donor participation and revenue generation across various channels.

You will report to the Manager, Marketing and Direct Response, and utilize your expertise in directing and executing effective fundraising programs. Your experience in coordinating campaigns will aid in promoting unrestricted revenue while fostering a culture of commitment to social change. Collaborate with diverse teams to engage donors and maintain high standards of program compliance.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and deploy targeted direct response campaigns • Foster collaborations to maximize donor impact and retention • Monitor campaign performance and strategize improvements • Manage compliance with ethical fundraising standards • Coordinate program schedules and project tasks

Requirements: • University degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience • At least five years in fundraising or marketing • Demonstrated success in direct response initiatives • Excellent analytical and project management abilities • Strong command of English; knowledge of French/Spanish is an asset
