You’re not on your own. You’ll have access to shared services, proven systems, and group-level support. But the expectation is clear:
You own the outcome.
This is not a sit‑back, run‑the‑payroll kind of GM role. This is a full ownership, performance‑driven leadership position for a proven operator who knows how to build and lead high‑performing teams, and wants to run a business, not just manage it.
In your first 6 to 12 months, you will:
You will lead by example and build high‑performing teams that deliver consistent results across the dealership.
We are looking for an experienced GM, not someone ready for their first shot.
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $150,000—$400,000 per year
Selected candidates may be asked to present a business plan outlining strategies to achieve key performance objectives.
