Job description
Drive IP law excellence for US clients as a Principal IP Consultant with Clarivate. Deliver expert legal guidance while enhancing client relationships and ensuring best practices are met. In this full-time role, you will bring over seven years of intellectual property experience to Clarivate’s IP Laws team. Your deep expertise in IP law implementation will support high-value clients, enriching their governance and risk management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver expert IP law guidance in client engagements • Manage client issues through timely Salesforce support ticket processing • Collaborate with product teams for system enhancements • Educate clients on IP law best practices and updates • Attend client-facing events to deliver essential IP information Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field • 7+ years in IP industry, 5+ years in portfolio management software • Advanced understanding of patent rules and procedures • Experience navigating complex client situations • Proven ability in client relationship management Elevate your IP law career by enhancing client services and implementing best practices at Clarivate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
