Job description
Join a dynamic HR team as an HR Coordinator III, providing essential support to senior leadership. This role blends operational execution and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, HR, Talent, you'll coordinate HR activities while synthesizing information for effective decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing competing priorities, tracking activities, and collaborating with leaders on HR programs. Your attention to detail will enhance execution and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and execute HR activities in line with procedures • Gather and synthesize information to support HR processes • Provide guidance to leaders on established frameworks • Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively • Track activities ensuring timely follow-up and execution Requirements: • Experience supporting senior executives, especially at VP level • Strong stakeholder management skills with internal and external teams • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Strong written and verbal communication competencies • Knowledge of HR programs and process understanding Strengthen your HR expertise and drive effective outcomes as a pivotal HR Coordinator III. #J-18808-Ljbffr
