Job description
Randstad's client in the retail industry is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (French and English) to join their team on a 3-month contract to support high-volume hiring. This is a great role for anyone with at least one year of experience in a recruitment role who is able to start right away!

Location: Montreal-Nord
Work Model: In-office three days a week
Hourly Rate: $25-$27/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment for a customer and client support service roles.
Responsible for posting ads, screening applicants, booking interviews, completing references and backchecks.
Other projects and support as requested.

Qualifications
Fully bilingual in both French and English (speaking, writing, reading) Reason : recruitment in all Provinces.
At least one year of experience in a recruitment role, within a high-volume setting.
Must be able to be on-site three days a week in the Montreal-Nord office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
