Job descriptionThe Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Application Developer to join a collaborative, high-impact IT team in Mississauga. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of custom applications that drive our business operations, including integration with our ERP platform. The Day-to-Day - Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain custom applications using C# and Angular, ensuring they are secure, unit-tested, and optimized. - Systems Integration: Develop and maintain critical application integrations with our ERP platform. - Modernization: Enhance or rewrite legacy applications to align with modern frameworks and evolving business needs. - Architecture & Design: Participate in the full SDLC, designing front-end UIs, middleware, and DBMS schemas. - Consultation: Act as a technical advisor to management regarding third-party applications and emerging AI development tools. Technical Requirements - Core Proficiency: Advanced, professional experience with C# and Angular is mandatory. - Back-End: Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, .NET Core/Framework, and Entity Framework. - Front-End: High proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and BootStrap. - Integrations: Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs. - Tools: Expertise in Visual Studio (2022/2026) and source control (GitHub/Bitbucket). - Mobile (Asset): Experience with Native Android or React Native is a significant plus. Qualifications - Experience: 8-10+ years of professional application development experience. - Education: A Degree in Computer Science is preferred, but equivalent professional experience is highly valued. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing environments is a strong asset. - Soft Skills: A strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a desire for long-term career growth.
