About the Client:
Our client is a Toronto-based startup reimagining how homeowners maintain and manage their most valuable asset: their home. Built on a community-driven model, their app connects homeowners with trusted local service providers, recommended by real neighbours, not algorithms.
It is more than a marketplace, it is a digital ecosystem that fosters trust, transparency, and collaboration between homeowners and local service providers.
The Opportunity:
Your mission is to take a content function that's been running on the side of someone's desk and turn it into the engine that brings this company to market.
You'll set the strategy and write the words for newsletters, blogs, web content, and customer stories, shaping how a local Toronto-built platform appears in the inboxes and feeds of the homeowners and Pros it's built for.
Two audiences, one voice.
You'll build the playbooks, run the experiments, measure what lands, and feed it back into what comes next.
Reports to the Director of Marketing.
