The Mission

• Create Opportunity:Proactively generate new business through networking, relationship-building, referrals, and social media outreach.

• Deliver an Exceptional Experience:Guide customers through the entire sales journeyfrom vehicle selection and product knowledge to demo drives and payment optionsensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

• Build Lasting Relationships:Establish trust and rapport with clients by putting their needs first and delivering personalized service that keeps them coming back.

• Stay Organized & Accountable:Maintain accurate customer records, manage leads in the CRM system, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transactions.

• Proven Sales Drive: You have a competitive, coachable, and goal-driven mindset and previous success in sales or a customer-focused role.

• Available to work Full-Time hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays - 9:00am to 3:00pm

• Valid Drivers License and clean Driving Record required.
