Coordinate closely with construction teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure infrastructure delivery aligns with IT requirements prior to handover
Lead move‑day execution planning and coordination, ensuring a seamless plug‑and‑play experience for end users
Oversee workstation setup, including monitors, docks, peripherals, and specialized configurations such as trading environments

Manage specialized workstation environments, including Bloomberg terminals, check printing systems, and custom configurations, ensuring compatibility and readiness
Conduct pre‑move inventory and technical validation of all equipment and configurations
Assess, recommend, and coordinate additional technical resources required for network testing, workstation deployment, and move‑day support
