Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Sexologist Or Psychoeducator – EAP Counsellor Longueuil, QC – Permanent, 3 to 5 days/week
What You’ll Do You’ll have the fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact in our clients’ lives, providing short‑term counselling when they need support most. You will develop your clinical skills while working with a diverse and stimulating client base. You will rely on your team’s generosity and benefit from peer group expertise and online training to deliver the best service.
How You Will Make an Impact
Adapt interventions to fit your personal style, providing short‑term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues.
Efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note‑taking.
Participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged.
What You Bring
You hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field.
You are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ.
You have at least five years of clinical experience.
You can set short‑term goals and use a solution‑focused approach.
You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high‑risk situations.
You have strong time‑management skills and can manage a high volume of clients.
Proficiency in French required; bilingualism is an asset.
