Role Description This is a senior field leadership role for an experienced construction professional — not a software project manager, not an IT role. We are looking for someone who has managed renovation and restoration job sites, coordinated trade crews, worked with insurance adjusters, and can take full ownership of multiple active projects simultaneously. You will manage the full project lifecycle across residential renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, basements), commercial jobs, and insurance restoration work (fire and flood). You will be the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and subcontractors — and the person who makes sure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality standard Renovco is known for. Main responsibilities will include: - Organizing, leading and controlling all aspects of emergency /restoration projects as well as renovation projects. (Scoping, sketching, estimating, forecasting budgets, coordination of resources, communication with insured and adjuster, etc - Delivering estimate on a timely basis - Responsible for preparing accurate work quotations while ensuring target margins are met - Presenting unprecedented customer service. - Forecasting logistics - Reviewing progress and work quality deliverance. - Engaging in Business development networking with adjusters and property managers. - Ability to manage several projects at any given time, with a continuous focus on financial results will be key to your success. Qualifications: - 5–7 years of hands-on construction or renovation project management experience — field experience required, not office-only PM - Minimum 3 years of experience working directly within the insurance industry in regards to Emergency services and Fire and Flood Restoration After Disasters (Fire and Flood) - Proven ability to manage multi-trade crews and subcontractors simultaneously - Experience with Xactimate and Xactanalysis for insurance estimating - Valid driver's licence - Proficiency in MS Office Required: - Bilingual French and English (spoken and written) - Experience managing multi-unit or large-scale commercial renovation projects - Experience coaching and mentoring junior PMs or foremen Compensation & Benefits: - $60,000–$90,000+/year — base salary plus commission structure (total compensation varies by performance and project volume) - Full-time, permanent, in-person — Montreal - On-site parking - Stable company with 25+ years in operation and a growing pipeline ------- Description de l'entreprise : Renovco est une entreprise privée et bien établie dans la rénovation et la restauration après sinistre (feu et dégât d'eau), basée à Montréal, Québec. Description du poste : Il s'agit d'un poste de leadership terrain pour un professionnel expérimenté de la construction — pas un chef de projet en technologies de l'information, pas un rôle de bureau. Nous cherchons quelqu'un qui a géré des chantiers de rénovation et de restauration après sinistre, coordonné des équipes de métiers spécialisés, travaillé avec des experts en sinistres, et qui est capable de prendre en charge plusieurs projets actifs de façon autonome et simultanée. Vous gérerez le cycle complet de projets variés : rénovations résidentielles (cuisines, salles de bain, sous-sols), travaux commerciaux et restauration après sinistre (feu et dégât d'eau). Vous serez l'interlocuteur principal des clients, des experts en sinistres et des sous-traitants — et la personne qui s'assure que chaque chantier est livré dans les délais, dans le budget et selon les standards de qualité pour lesquels Renovco est reconnue. Les principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : · Organiser, diriger et contrôler l'ensemble des aspects des projets de restauration d'urgence et de rénovation : cadrage, croquis, estimation, prévision budgétaire, coordination des ressources, communication avec les assurés et les experts en sinistres · Livrer les estimations dans les délais requis · Préparer des soumissions précises en s'assurant que les marges cibles sont respectées sur chaque projet · Offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure · Planifier la logistique des chantiers · Suivre l'avancement des travaux et contrôler la qualité de l'exécution · Développer et entretenir des relations d'affaires avec les experts en sinistres indépendants et les gestionnaires immobiliers · Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, en maintenant une attention constante sur les résultats financiers — c'est une compétence clé pour réussir dans ce poste Qualifications : · 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction ou de rénovation sur le terrain — expérience terrain obligatoire, pas seulement en gestion de bureau · Minimum 3 ans d'expérience directe dans le domaine de l'assurance, en services d'urgence et en restauration après sinistre (feu et dégât d'eau) · Capacité démontrée à gérer des équipes multi-métiers et des sous-traitants de façon simultanée · Expérience avec Xactimate et Xactanalysis pour l'estimation en assurance · Permis de conduire valide · Maîtrise de la suite MS Office Atouts recherchés : · Bilinguisme français et anglais (parlé et écrit) · Expérience en gestion de projets commerciaux de grande envergure ou de bâtiments multi-logements · Expérience en coaching et en encadrement de chargés de projets juniors ou de contremaîtres Rémunération et avantages : · 60 000 $ à 90 000 $+/an — salaire de base plus structure de commissions (la rémunération totale varie selon la performance et le volume de projets) · Poste permanent, temps plein, en présentiel — Montréal · Stationnement sur place · Entreprise stable avec plus de 25 ans d'opération et un carnet de commandes en croissance
