Job descriptionResponsibilities
Lead service delivery functions and technical teams for planning, setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
Work closely with related teams on SharePoint projects including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.
Collaborate with co‑workers, customers, and vendor representatives on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SharePoint in accordance with contract SLAs.
Act as a technical expert with strong customer interaction skills, advising on implementation and management of complex solution and service deployments.
Maintain a hunger for learning and pursue relevant training opportunities for SharePoint.
Serve as a role model for personal growth, customer passion, caring for others, and ownership of end results.
Engage in a highly visible, customer‑facing role.
Partner with architects, engineers, and project managers to support detailed, actionable statements of work.
Stay informed on new trends and technological updates, fine‑tuning delivery, adoption, and problem‑solving skills.

Computer Science, Information Technology degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
7+ years’ experience in a client‑facing professional services role.
Proven consulting experience in a similar role.
Proven hands‑on SharePoint migration experience.
Updated certifications and training, including: Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700)
Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)
Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
Information Security Administrator (SC-401)
Sharegate, Quest ODM, SPMT
Compensation Base pay range in Ontario: $99,750 to $133,000 annually + 14% target incentives. Actual salary will be determined by location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range may differ in other geographic locations.
