This Position reports to:
Director of OperationsUnder the supervision of the Operations Director, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of manufacturing operations within their area. They play a key role in evaluating and achieving monthly delivery targets, driving continuous process improvement, and coaching production teams. They also act as a project sponsor for improvement initiatives, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Day shift only – no night shifts required.
Your Role: Own the Challenge
Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Evaluate and develop monthly delivery targets for their area in collaboration with stakeholders, and ensure rigorous follow-up on their achievement.
Identify opportunities for process, productivity, and quality improvement.
Act as a sponsor for continuous improvement projects within their area (Lean, layout redesign, automation, etc.).
Coach, motivate, and develop members of the production team.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering, quality, shipping, and internal sales departments.
Ensure effective and transparent communication within the team and with management.
What it takes to run what runs the world
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automated Production, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in production supervision within a technological or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
Proficiency with production management tools (ERP, MES, Excel, etc.).
