Location: Cranbrook, BC

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday - 9-5pm

Work Model: Remote Field Work

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be more than a sales representative, you will be a trusted advisor, a community connector, and a champion for small business success.

This is your opportunity to drive real impact by offering meaningful solutions to entrepreneurs who are building the backbone of our economy. You will help business owners navigate challenges, save money, and grow stronger, one conversation at a time.

What You'll Do:
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking, you are always on the hunt.
  • Manage your territory like your own business, building and maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing members.
  • Meet with business owners, understand their needs and refer them to CFIB's services.
  • Become a subject-matter expert and stay informed about our resources, business issues, and policy updates impacting SMBs.
  • Represent an organization that business owners trust and seek for guidance.

Who You Are:
  • Outgoing and persuasive: you are a natural relationship builder who thrives on face-to-face interaction.
  • Sales-driven: you live for the chase, love closing deals, and take pride in exceeding your targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership of your work and treat your territory like your business.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented: you listen before you pitch, and you love solving problems.
  • Resilient and optimistic: rejection doesn't faze you; it fuels your fire.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience working with small businesses is a strong asset.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
