  • Gray market and parallel import mitigation in Canada, Mexico and the U.S.
  • Marketplace policing and social media IP enforcement
  • Experience working with customs and border authorities (e.g., CBSA, CBP) and global enforcement agencies
  • Familiarity with AI-driven brand monitoring tools and enforcement platforms
  • Strong understanding of North American and global e-commerce ecosystems, including Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, and social commerce platforms

Capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate across regions and functions while navigating jurisdictional differences
  • Strong judgment in balancing brand protection, consumer trust, and business objectives
  • Clear, pragmatic communicator with a business-oriented legal mindset

Responsibilities
  • Lead brand protection and enforcement strategies across North America, including counterfeiting, gray market activity, parallel imports, and unauthorized resellers
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Regional teams to support territorial brand protections, distribution strategies, and resale controls
  • Manage customs recordations and enforcement efforts with Canadian, U.S. and Mexico border authorities to identify and intercept unauthorized shipments
  • Investigate and take action against third-party sellers and networks contributing to brand dilution, consumer confusion, or safety risk
  • Design and implement digital brand protection strategies across marketplaces, standalone websites, and social media platforms
  • Oversee counterfeit detection, takedowns, and escalation efforts on major e-commerce and social commerce channels
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure digital brand consistency and address unauthorized or misleading uses of lululemon IP
  • Monitor and enforce against impersonation accounts, fake influencer affiliations, and unauthorized brand representations on social platforms
