Job description
Elevate your career with Magil Construction as a Site Superintendent in Ajax, Ontario, managing diverse renovations and fit-outs. Engage directly with a variety of project environments to ensure perfection. This position entails overseeing multiple projects and requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will collaborate with site staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completions while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your adaptability to a fast-paced project environment will be vital, tackling tasks across various occupied spaces. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the communication for site staff and stakeholders • Coordinate multiple small projects across various locations • Ensure all work meets required safety and quality benchmarks • Update management on project status in real-time • Travel daily to maintain on-site project management Requirements: • 5–10 years’ experience in site supervision • Experience with institutional projects advantageous • Strong client-facing communication abilities • Flexibility to work evenings as required • Valid driver’s license for daily travel Bring your project management skills to Magil Construction and lead impactful work in Ajax. #J-18808-Ljbffr
