The opportunity The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing best-in-class product pages and Brand Store experiences on Amazon Canada. This role owns the performance of the digital shelf — the right candidate can audit a PDP, diagnose why it is underperforming, and take targeted action to improve it. This role manages PDP content, Brand Store updates, and digital shelf quality with a relentless focus on discoverability, conversion, and content accuracy. It acts as a critical quality layer between creative assets and live content, with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement. The role - Audit and optimize Amazon PDPs for conversion, discoverability, and compliance - Identify content, traffic, pricing, and keyword performance gaps across the catalogue - Manage listing updates in Vendor Central including titles, bullets, A+, images, and video - Conduct keyword research and improve organic search rankings using Stackline, Brand Analytics, and Amazon insights - Run A/B tests through Manage Your Experiments (MYE) and apply learnings across listings - Maintain and optimize the Amazon Canada Brand Store - Ensure bilingual and category compliance requirements are met - Support new product launches with complete content readiness and launch execution - Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and marketing teams in a remote environment - Use Salsify and Nuxxeo for content and asset management (training provided) The requirements - 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce content, digital merchandising, or Amazon-focused roles - Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central - Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PDP optimization, A+ content, and conversion performance analysis - Experience with keyword research, search term reporting, and retail analytics tools such as Stackline and Brand Analytics - Ability to analyze traffic, conversion, and ranking data to identify optimization opportunities - Strong copywriting skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment - Experience with A/B testing (MYE), AI writing tools, Salsify, or Nuxeo is considered an asset - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred - Data Fluency - Written/verbal communication and listening - Strong interpersonal and relationship skills - Teamwork and collaboration - Results orientation - Adaptability Please note that selected candidates will only be contacted during the week of May 25th, 2026.
