Job description
Position Details: Client: Top IT Firm Role: Customer Experience Program Management Type: Contract - Up to 18 Months Location: Hybrid - Vancouver, BC "Comfortable to work on Maternity contract" Summary This role supports the Planner CXPM team in driving measurable business impact and scalable evangelism across Planner and Project Manager Agent (PMA). The individual will operate across structured intake, proactive customer engagement, field enablement, and community program execution. This role enables senior CXPM leads to focus on strategic influence by owning intake triage, engagement orchestration, program logistics, and high-quality written communications. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities 1️⃣ Structured Intake & Triage Operate the UAT and customer intake motion end-to-end. Evaluate requests against defined criteria and route appropriately. Redirect ad-hoc asks back into formal intake to maintain scalability. Maintain documentation hygiene and tracking across active engagements. Ensure follow-through and prevent stalled workstreams. ________________________________________ 2️⃣ Customer Engagement & Orchestration Support reactive and proactive customer engagements. Draft structured responses and engagement plans for review. Prepare materials and logistics for EBC-like sessions. Coordinate cross-functional participants across PMM, PM, Eng, Design. ________________________________________ 3️⃣ Field Enablement & Scaled Assets Create and maintain self-serve enablement assets (FAQs, demo scripts, office hour summaries). Partner with PMM on governed publishing surfaces. Reduce CXPM dependency by scaling knowledge through repeatable artifacts. ________________________________________ 4️⃣ Community & Program Operations Support structured programs (e.g., MVP engagement, PMA Fans). Own cadence, scheduling, logistics, and recap artifacts. Synthesize customer feedback into recurring scenario themes. Feed Voice-of-the-Customer insights back into structured artifacts. ________________________________________ 5️⃣ Operational Cadence Management Maintain workstream trackers and Loop planning artifacts. Support bi-weekly reviews and cross-functional syncs. Prepare executive-ready summaries and field recaps. ________________________________________ Top 3 Skills for Success 1. High-Bar Written Communication Produces concise, executive-ready updates, recaps, enablement content, and customer messaging. 3.
