Job description

Position Title: Program Coordinator

Line of Business: Learning and Development

Duration: 18 months (Possibility of Extension)

Working Location: Downtown Toronto [hybrid, 3 days a week in office - TBD by HM]

Role Mandate: This role supports the execution of learning programs by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Support program and project management, including leading logistics and coordinating the execution of all learning components.

• Lead training operations such as communications, Teams invitations, participant lists, meeting logistics, and a shared Outlook mailbox.

• Analyze program data to generate insights, track metrics and milestones, and provide recommendations.

• Organize and maintain accurate work information, including customized reports, initiative trackers, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.

• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to deliver training events and learning initiatives aligned to business objectives.

• Support strategic learning initiatives through execution, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.

• Develop and maintain tailored communications, including writing, editing, and distributing messages to participants and stakeholders.

• Support the maintenance and delivery of digital learning assets, such as editing recorded webinars using M tools.

• Collate meeting notes and insights

Understand industry best practices and how to use AI enabled M tools and applications in their day to day work.

Must-Have Skills:

• AI fluency / experience working with AI enabled tools and LLMs

• Strong written communication skills

• Detail oriented/Organized

• Proficiency with using Microsoft Applications

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Proficient Power Automate user
