Job description
Transform accounting practices in a startup manufacturing environment. Oversee financial operations, implement cost accounting systems, and ensure compliance with tax obligations.

As a Senior Manager, you will play a vital role in refining accounting processes essential for manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include establishing a comprehensive accounting framework and leading financial planning initiatives to optimize cost structures and enhance decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage the full-cycle accounting function • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial taxes • Conduct cost analysis and variance reporting • Oversee inventory accounting and COGS monitoring • Optimize an ERP system for financial processes

Requirements: • CPA designation required • 8 years of relevant accounting experience • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting • Knowledge of ASPE or IFRS standards • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
