Job Description: As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of BONDAI's delivery team — supporting the Account Manager, Program Manager, and Partnerships team in executing campaigns, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is an entry-to-mid-level role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how enterprise marketing platforms, client programs, and loyalty partnerships work in practice. You will touch every part of the business — from campaign scheduling and partner coordination to project tracking and client reporting — giving you a broad foundation to grow into a more senior role over time. What You’ll Do: Campaign & content operations - Coordinate the scheduling, execution, and follow-up of campaign activities including newsletters, promotional banners, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), and event communications - Assist the Account Manager in preparing client-facing campaign briefs, status updates, and performance summaries - Support quality assurance on marketing materials — reviewing for accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness before launch - Maintain campaign calendars and ensure all stakeholders are aware of upcoming deadlines and deliverables Project & Program Support - Support the Partnerships team with onboarding admin, and agreement tracking - Coordinate partner offer submissions and ensure offers are accurately loaded, scheduled, and live on time - Flag discrepancies, expiring agreements, or overdue partner deliverables for the Partnerships Manager's review Reporting & Data Management - Compile and format regular performance reports across client programs and partner campaigns - Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho) and project management platforms, ensuring data integrity across tools - Support the preparation of business review decks and client reporting packages - Assist with offer audits and data reconciliation as needed What You’ll Need: - 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, operations support, project coordination, or administrative role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch what others miss and follow through consistently - Clear written and verbal communication skills — comfortable corresponding with clients, partners, and internal teams - Proficiency with project management or CRM tools (Asana, Zoho) and Google Workspace Nice to have: - Exposure to digital marketing, loyalty programs, or community platforms - Experience supporting client-facing teams or working in an agency environment - Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field What you can expect from us: - Downtown Toronto Location: collaborative open-concept space with coworking amenities, coffee/snacks and breakfast. - Hybrid Work Option: Team members work on-site Tuesday through Thursday and have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays to support flexibility and work–life balance. - Comprehensive Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, RRSP matching, and healthcare coverage, including dental, vision, and prescription drugs. - Small, tight-knit team: direct access to leadership and meaningful ownership of your work from day one. - Room to grow: a clear path toward a specialist or manager role as the team scales
