What You’ll Do - Lead Process Improvement Projects: Spearhead initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in key business metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Develop New Processes & Management Systems: Support the creation and implementation of new processes, process controls, reporting systems and training materials. - Train and Develop: Coaching and mentoring of business leaders, employees and new Process Improvement Leaders on process improvement methodologies and Best Practices. - Collaborate Broadly to lead Organizational Transformation: Develop strong cross-departmental relationships, leveraging interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and achieve goals. What We’re Looking For Skills & Experience: A mix of experience in areas such as: - Data Science, Analytics, Visualization & Artificial Intelligence - Process Design & Systems Thinking - Digital Development Programming - Project Management - Product Management - Operations Management - Or other relevant fields Key Qualities: - Strong leadership abilities - High self-initiative and ownership of projects - Fast learner with excellent critical thinking and listening skills - Clear, concise communicator - Technical proficiency relevant to the role (or a strong ability to quickly adapt and learn) Education: A degree in Engineering, Math, Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related field. Additional Information Location: Our main offices are in Ontario, however, this role is remote/hybrid based on your location and proximity to an office. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, particularly for communication with stakeholders across Canada.
