Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for leading small- to medium-sized IT and business initiatives from initiation through closeout. This role is focused on execution, coordination, and delivery. Working within a structured PMO, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets - Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs - Coordinate delivery across IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors - Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change activities - Track project financials, support forecasting, and manage variances - Prepare and deliver clear project updates, dashboards, and reports - Ensure project documentation aligns with PMO standards and governance - Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and process refinement Qualifications & Experience - 2 to 4 years of experience coordinating or managing projects in an IT or business environment - Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies - Working knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning - Post-secondary education in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, or Monday.com - Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills Work Environment This role operates within a collaborative, team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
