The Mission We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer who lives at the intersection of high-end brand aesthetics and hard-hitting performance data. This isn’t a "make it pretty" role—this is a "make it convert" role. The Growth Mindset is your most vital tool. You will be the creative engine for our growth team, primarily focused on Paid Ads, with a dotted line directly to the Chief Digital Officer. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our unique brand identity and iterative, data-driven experimentation to drive massive demand. Key Responsibilities - Performance-First Design: Lead the visual strategy and execution for all paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), focusing on high-performing video, static, and motion assets. - Iterative Testing: Rapidly produce creative variations based on performance data. You’ll take winning hooks and iterate on them to beat the control and lower CAC. - Conversion-Driving Vehicles: Provide design support for SEO-driven content and Web/Landing Pages, ensuring a seamless, high-converting journey from the first ad click to the checkout. - Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth team to translate complex data into creative hypotheses. You aren't just taking orders; you’re contributing to the growth roadmap. - Brand Guardianship: Ensure that even our most aggressive experiments feel premium, authentic, and perfectly aligned with the Love Ur Curls® DNA. Skills & Requirements - Growth-First DNA: You are obsessed with "the why" behind the click. You view a failed A/B test as a learning opportunity and a data point, not a critique of your art. - Expert Craftsmanship: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. - Motion Graphics: Strong ability to create thumb-stopping motion and short-form video content that feels native to social platforms. - Direct Response Knowledge: You understand the psychology of conversion—hierarchy of information, CTA placement, and the power of a strong hook. - Experience: 5+ years in a fast-paced creative environment, ideally within a D2C brand or a performance marketing agency.
