Position Overview: We are seeking a capable, systems-oriented operator to take ownership of our demand planning, inventory strategy, and procurement system. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on building and scaling a best-in-class supply chain function. You will work directly with leadership to establish planning rigor, optimize inventory, and develop procurement strategy as we grow. Key Responsibilities: - Own and operate MRP and demand planning processes (NetSuite preferred) - Maintain and continuously improve min/max levels, reorder points, and planning logic - Drive toward target inventory levels while avoiding stock-outs - Identify gaps in planning inputs and improve data quality - Analyze inventory performance - Develop and implement a forward-looking inventory strategy - Partner with finance and operations on inventory controls and cycle counts - Develop and execute procurement strategies across key categories - Identify, onboard, and manage vendors - Lead pricing, negotiation, and cost reduction initiatives - Improve vendor performance (lead time, reliability, cost) - Strengthen our systems and processes in NetSuite - Build structured processes for POs, Forecasting, Material Planning - Identify automation opportunities and eliminate manual work - Support manufacturing, engineering, and project teams A qualified candidate will have: - Experience in demand planning, MRP, or supply chain optimization - Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (Demand Planning / MRP) or similar ERP - Highly analytical with strong ability to work with data, systems, and process logic - Experience with inventory performance and procurement Why join us? - Growth & Development: Be part of an expanding team with opportunities for personal and professional growth. - Impact: Help drive our sales goals forward and building our reputation as a trusted partner in height safety. - Collaboration: Join a culture that values teamwork, innovation, and where your contributions are recognized and supported by a dedicated team. - Company Culture: Be part of a driven, ambitious, and supportive team focused on achieving goals and delivering exceptional service. Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 salary.
