Your new role The Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager will take responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all mechanical scopes of work on the assigned project. This includes overseeing project conceptualization, scheduling, procurement, field execution, and close‑out. The role requires a leader who can ensure that all mechanical systems are installed according to design specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards, while maintaining control over schedule, cost, labour, and quality. This position is elevated beyond a traditional Project Manager role, with a strong emphasis on leadership, decision‑making authority, and operational oversight. What you'll need to succeed You bring a minimum of five years of experience in mechanical construction project management. You have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, materials, and applicable codes. You are proficient in project scheduling and reporting software, and can read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications with accuracy, manage subcontractor and vendor performance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
