Job descriptionProduct Manager II 📍 Ontario (Onsite/Hybrid) 📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager II to lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative products throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering customer and business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, customer-focused, and skilled at working with engineering, R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to bring products to market successfully. Key Responsibilities - Manage and administer product planning, design, development, documentation, and execution across the full product lifecycle. - Gather and prioritize customer, market, and business requirements. - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) with prioritized features and business justification. - Partner closely with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and quality procedures. - Conduct beta and pilot programs for new products and early-stage releases. - Create compelling product positioning and messaging. - Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders. - Monitor market trends and maintain competitive intelligence. - Collaborate with external partners to evaluate partnerships and licensing opportunities. - Support pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. - Develop sales enablement tools and collateral. - Train and brief sales teams on product features, benefits, and positioning. - Serve as a product leader and advocate across the organization. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development. - Proven experience managing products from concept to launch. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies. - Experience writing PRDs, MRDs, and user stories. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
