As the Manager of Resident Experience, you will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and property upkeep. Your role includes addressing resident concerns, managing the unit showings, and conducting inspections while maintaining accurate records of all activities. A strong emphasis is placed on adapting to changing situations while ensuring a clean and enjoyable living space.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide courteous responses to all resident inquiries • Schedule and conduct unit viewings along with move inspections • Document and manage maintenance requests efficiently • Ensure cleanliness in both common and private areas • Assist with delivering keys and welcome materials to new residents
