Role Description The Technical Services Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Mississauga, Canada, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include managing technical service operations, resolving technical support issues, troubleshooting equipment, and providing comprehensive training to clients and staff. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs, maintain service excellence, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications - Knowledge and experience in Technical Services, including expertise in managing and maintaining technical equipment. - Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges effectively - especially refrigeration and electrical systems related to medium sized appliances as shown on Burlodge's website - Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and a commitment to building strong client relationships. - Proficiency in delivering Training and demonstrations to empower clients and team members to use equipment efficiently. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience in food service equipment or a related industry is an asset. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. French a definite asset. - A degree or certification in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience. - Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required within Canada and USA
