Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on creative design, content development, and digital marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic marketing thinking with hands-on creative production, including graphic design, presentation development, video editing, and multimedia content creation. The successful candidate will play a key role in building B2B marketing campaigns, designing sales and marketing collateral, developing presentations for webinars and executive meetings, and supporting brand visibility across digital channels. This role also works closely with sales, external vendors, and marketing partners to deliver high-quality content that supports lead generation and business growth. Key Responsibilities Creative Design & Content Development - Design and produce marketing assets including social graphics, presentations, brochures, event collateral, email visuals, infographics, and digital advertisements. - Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for webinars, executive presentations, customer meetings, and sales enablement materials. - Develop visual content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, website pages, landing pages, and email campaigns. - Edit and coordinate video and multimedia content for webinars, campaigns, and social media. - Maintain consistency with brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity across all content. - Work with external freelancers, videographers, agencies, and creative vendors to scale content production when needed. Digital Marketing & Social Media - Create, B2B social media content across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube. - Support paid digital campaigns by developing creative assets and campaign visuals. - Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing resources to align content with optimization best practices. - Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and content effectiveness. - Support website graphical updates and content improvements as required. Events, Webinars & Sales Support - Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and customer-facing initiatives. - Assist in developing event presentations, signage, booth materials, and follow-up assets. - Coordinate webinar logistics, presentation design, and post-event communications. - Develop post-webinar and lead nurture content to support ongoing engagement. Email Marketing & Campaign Execution - Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns using HubSpot and Constant Contact Platforms. - Assist with audience segmentation, workflows, and nurture campaign execution. - Track email campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics. Collaboration & Marketing Operations - Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on schedule. - Provide creative input and recommendations on marketing visuals, presentations, and messaging. - Research competitor activity, market trends, and content opportunities. - Support broader marketing initiatives that contribute to brand awareness and pipeline growth. Qualifications - 4–6 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, digital content, or creative communications. - Strong graphic design and presentation development skills with advanced PowerPoint experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and video editing tools. - Experience developing B2B marketing materials and sales presentations. - Strong writing and editing skills for professional business audiences. - Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. - Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing fundamentals. - Experience coordinating webinars, events, or multimedia campaigns is considered an asset. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Skills - Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, managed services, or professional services industries. - Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and social media analytics. - Photography, videography, or motion graphics experience is considered an asset. - Experience managing external agencies or creative freelancers. Compensation & Benefits: - The role offers a competitive base salary starting at $60,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.
