Job description
Our client is a major North American publicly-listed software group, acquiring and building industry specific software businesses which provide mission-critical solutions in a host of sectors. With over 125,000 customers in over 100 countries and a proven track record of solid growth, they are establishing a broad portfolio of software businesses to provide customers and shareholders with exceptional returns. Reporting to the V.P. Finance, the Manager M&A Finance will be a part of a finance team supporting the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) process with a focus on integration. The team focuses on financial due diligence and integration of acquisitions. This role provides ongoing support and knowledge of the business operations, accounting policies, financial processes, and accounting systems. Further, the Manager will collaborate with head office finance, business unit leaders, and their respective finance teams. This role is an opportunity to be a catalyst for process improvements, oversee all financial matters, and be part of a growing international corporation. This role is perfect for a CPA, with transaction advisory, restructuring or M&A advisory experience, who is looking for a fast paced, growth orientated environment that will allow for rewarding challenges and a defined trajectory for long-term growth. This is an opportunity to work with a high performing team in a growth driven and progressive culture. They offer a hybrid work model with 2 days per week in-office.
