Job description

Adamson is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Admin to support daily operations across administrative functions, payroll, finance, and recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats while keeping the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities 1. Office Support - Provide day-to-day administrative support including document management, filing, and office coordination - Organize meetings, maintain office supplies, and support internal communications 2. ADP Payroll Support - Assist with payroll processing in ADP, including timesheet verification and data entry - Respond to employee payroll inquiries and maintain accurate payroll records 3. Front Office Management - Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries - Maintain a professional front office environment and manage incoming/outgoing mail 4. Accounts Payable - Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee expense reports - Support account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial documentation 5.
