Job description
Greater Toronto Area (Toronto | Brampton | Pickering) MedEx Health Services is actively seeking a highly motivated, patient-focused, and collaborative Full-Time Family Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization across our three GTA clinic locations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician looking to build a long-term practice within an established and fully integrated healthcare environment supported by rehabilitation, mental health, nursing, case management, and specialty medical services. About MedEx Health Services MedEx Health Services is an accredited multidisciplinary healthcare organization providing integrated healthcare services across Ontario. Our clinics deliver patient-centred care through a collaborative team model focused on accessibility, continuity of care, and clinical excellence. We are expanding our primary care services and are seeking a physician who is passionate about community healthcare and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Position Highlights - Full-time opportunity across 3 GTA clinic locations - Established patient flow and administrative support - Modern clinic environment with multidisciplinary collaboration - Opportunity to build and grow a long-term rostered practice - Flexible practice model - Strong referral network across rehabilitation and allied healthcare services - EMR and administrative support provided - Opportunity for leadership growth within an expanding healthcare organization Role Description The Family Physician will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services, including conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and managing chronic illnesses. The role involves providing preventive care and supporting community health initiatives. Qualifications - Must hold an active and unrestricted CPSO license - Eligible to practice medicine in Ontario - CCFP designation preferred - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment - Proficiency in Primary Care and Family Medicine - Expertise in Community Health and Urgent Care services - Strong knowledge of general Medicine - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an asset - Commitment to providing patient-centred, equitable care Requirements ONLY physicians with an active CPSO license will be considered.
