About the Role:

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering this by leading the Front of House team and ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional and seamless welcome.

You’ll support the day-to-day operation of reception, guiding and motivating your team to consistently deliver high standards. From managing guest feedback to supporting team development, you’ll be at the heart of creating an environment where both guests and colleagues feel valued.

This is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet, so you’ll bring a positive attitude and the stamina to support our fast-paced environment.

You’re a confident and approachable leader who thrives in a guest-facing environment. You take pride in delivering exceptional service and supporting your team to do the same.

You’ll bring:

• Strong leadership skills with experience supporting and developing a team
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences
• Confidence in handling guest feedback and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
• Clear and effective communication skills across a variety of situations
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
