About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead weekend operations at our Richmond food manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, this highly visible, floor-focused role is critical in ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant performance across our production lines. The right candidate will bring strong food manufacturing experience, including machine operations, troubleshooting, and team leadership. More importantly, they will demonstrate a proactive approach: not just monitoring and reacting, but engaging with operators, anticipating issues, and driving real-time solutions. As part of the leadership team, the Production Supervisor is expected to set the tone on the floor. While this is a salaried role based on a 40-hour week, there may be occasions where additional effort is required to support critical priorities or business continuity. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where accountability, proactive problem-solving, and operational reliability are the standard, and to contribute to a plant that has built a reputation for raising the bar year after year.
