Position: Accounts Payable Specialist(ref: 1124404) Location: Mississauga Hybrid: after probationary period(3 months) you will have the option to work from home 2 days a week Salary: $50-60,000 Your New Company Our client is a well‑established organization with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your New Role Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role focuses on managing outgoing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and contribute positively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This position is based in Mississauga. The role will be fully in‑office initially, with the opportunity to work remotely two days per week following the successful completion of a three‑month probationary period. What You’ll Need to Succeed - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred - Proven experience in Accounts Payable - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (asset) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment (asset) - Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; Word and Outlook proficiency - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment - Ability to pass criminal and credit background checks What You’ll Get in Return - Salary of $50,000–$60,000 - Profit‑sharing plan - Company‑paid benefits - RSP after 3 months - Hybrid work flexibility post‑probation What You Need to Do Now If you meet all the requirements for this role, please apply quoting reference number: 1124404.
