Job descriptionSummary This role is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross team initiatives by combining scaled Agile execution with strong project management discipline. It provides clear, executive‑level visibility and actionable insights to support informed decision‑making, enable predictable delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and foster aligned, high‑performing Agile teams. Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives - Coach teams on Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe or equivalent) practices - Remove impediments and actively manage cross‑team dependencies - Enable continuous improvement and delivery flow - Drive continuous improvement and alignment - Own integrated delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies - Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions - Track and report on delivery progress, forecasts, and financials - Lead release readiness, change management, and governance checkpoints - Ensure delivery adheres to enterprise standards and controls - Prepare and present outcome focused delivery updates, risks, forecasts, and recommendations to executive leadership, translating complex delivery data into clear, actionable insights - Provide concise status reporting, forecasts, and decision options - Proactively escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies Experience Profile (Ideal Candidate) - Must have at least 7+ years in Agile at scale delivery (Experience as an RTE, Scrum Master) - Must have certification such as PMP or similar - Must have at least 7+ years of direct work experience in a project management - Proven ability to present complex delivery topics to executives - Strong hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence - Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, highly visible environments Preferred Qualifications - Strong team player with ability to work effectively in and to foster a collaborative environment - Solid management experience with track record of working effectively in direct and virtual teams - Proven advanced Project Management experience and skills with demonstrated results - Excellent problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to work with ambiguity - Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills (clear, concise verbal and written skills) - Flexible to work under pressure with the ability to manage in a fast paced, deadline driven environment - Solid business acumen (a solid foundation/knowledge of business practices, processes, etc.) - University Degree or equivalent business experience - Fluency in both official languages (French and English)
